Jesse Lopez founded SourceOne Global Partners in April, 2003 and has guided the company’s development from a startup to a global leadership position in innovative and technologically advanced natural health and wellness product solutions.
As the company’s CEO and Chairman of the board since its inception, Mr. Lopez has over 35 years in both the human and animal nutrition and health markets. Beginning with Ralston Purina, Potash Corporation (PCS), and Cognis Nutrition and Health (now owned by BASF), he held various leadership positions and directed business growth through strategic mergers, acquisitions and international business development.
Mr.Lopez has built an industry-wide reputation for creating business success. He has consistently grown businesses through intelligent planning, creative marketing, business development and global partner relationship building. He’s also known for attracting talented people, which he developed into highly effective and successful leaders and teams.

Rakesh Amin is a founding partner at the law firm Amin Talati in Chicago, Illinois. The firm specializes in FDA (Food and Drug Administration), FTC (Federal Trade Commission), Intellectual Property Customs and related health care laws. Rakesh is also a registered pharmacist and practicing attorney for close to 20 years in the food and drug and intellectual property (IP) arenas. Rakesh primarily counsels food, dietary supplement, drug and cosmetic companies. Rakesh also practices heavily in patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. His practice includes ingredient, labeling and advertising reviews to IP searching, procurement, licensing and litigation. Rakesh further helps companies draft and negotiate various types of contracts including supplier, distributor, and contract manufacturing and media-related agreements.
Marc Weder is the co-founder of Vesifact AG in Baar Switzerland. He and his father Professor Hans Georg Weder together launched Vesifact in 1987; the first spin off company from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich. Mr. Weder is a registered pharmacist and earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration for SMB’s at University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.

Marc has earned a reputation for successful collaboration with global partners in developing highly successful formulations that provide innovative solutions to absorption and bioavailability challenges. 40 patents and patents-pending in more than 20 countries are evidence of his leadership, creativity, vision and the effective team he has built at Vesifact.
Vesifact recently celebrated 25 years of success in the field of drug delivery, pharmaceutics, cosmetics and nutritional supplements. Mr. Weder became Chief executive officer in 2003.
Fawn Lopez is Publisher and Vice President of Modern Healthcare and Modern Physician, a position she has held since February 2005. As the industry’s leading source of healthcare business and policy news, research and information, Modern Healthcare and Modern Physician report on important healthcare events and trends, as they happen, through its websites, e-newsletters, mobile products, weekly print magazine and events serving the needs of hospital CEOs and top healthcare executives.
Ms. Lopez came to Modern Healthcare as associate publisher in October, 2001 after serving over two years at one of its sister publications, Crain’s Chicago Business. She served as national advertising director for this highly respected regional business publication from May, 1999 until October, 2001. During this time, Crain’s Chicago Business experienced record breaking growth.
Prior to joining Crain Communications Inc., Ms. Lopez served as advertising director of the Kansas City Business Journal in Kansas City, Missouri from 1986 until 1999.
Ms. Lopez received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Missouri.
Currently, Ms. Lopez serves as a board member of The Asian Health Care Leaders Association (AHCLA), The American Heart Association-Chicago, and The Heartland Alliance. She also serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board at DePaul University-School of Communication. Charles S. Lauer was the publisher of Modern Healthcare magazine for more than 30 years. His early career includes successful tenures as the Midwest sales manager for two McGraw-Hill trade publications, and the general sales manager, then director of communications for the American Medical Association. Mr. Lauer also held various positions with Family Media, Inc. and Petersen Publishing.
Mr. Lauer is the author of three books: Soar with the Eagles, Reach for the Stars, and Decency. He serves on the board of a number of institutions, writes regular columns for Becker’s Hospital Review and Healthcare Business Media, and makes regular presentations to audiences across the United States.
He was the recipient of the 2004 American Institute of Architects’ Academy of Architecture for Health’s Michael E. DeBakey Award for Achievement in Healthcare. He won the National Healthcare Award from B’nai B’rith International and was named an Honorary Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mr. Lauer is also a member of the Studer Group Hall of Fame, which honored him for his focus on the patient experience of care.
William M. Kelley served as President and CEO of Hill-Rom Company from 1992 to 1995, Sr. Vice President, Sales and Operations from 1989 to 1992 and Sr. Vice President, Sales and Marketing from 1980 to 1989. He has served as the Chairman Emeritus of Hill-Rom Company since July 2005, and prior to that time held the position of Chairman since 1995. Mr. Kelley currently acts as the President of Advisors to Healthcare Suppliers, and serves as the co-chairman on the advisory boards of 1-800-DOCTORS and Achieve Corporation.
Mr. Kelley has been honored numerous times for his contributions to the healthcare industry including as an Honorary Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives.
Mr. Douglas S. Peters, LFACHE is a member of the AvaSure advisory board (manufacturer of patient bed side monitoring systems) and Charlevoix Area Hospital Foundation Board. During his 36-year health services career, Mr. Peters served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Jefferson Health System from its formation in 1995 to 2002 and Main Line Health Inc. He was a Co-Founder of ATHS, served as a Senior Vice President of Blue Cross Blue Shield Association of Illinois and as President of Henry Ford Health System.
He currently serves as a Member of the Healthcare Advisory Board of Pinstripe, the Industry Advisory Board of Emmi Solutions LLC, Senior Advisory Board of MedAssets Inc, and the Executive Advisory Board at 1-800-Doctors.com Inc.
Mr. Peters is also the Author or Co-Author of over twenty articles, chapters and essays related to the field of health management. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Lifetime Member of the Katahdin Medical & Philosophical Society of Philadelphia. Mr. Peters has also served on the faculties of the Graduate Programs in Health Management at the University of Nebraska’s College of Medicine and the University of Michigan.
Harvey Sigelbaum, Senior Advisor for The Riverside Company, previously served as President and Co-CEO, as well as Vice Chairman and Executive Chairman, of MultiPlan, Inc., one of the country’s largest healthcare network organizations. Previously, Mr. Sigelbaum was CEO of Amalgamated Life Insurance Company and CEO of Urban Community Insurance Company. Mr. Sigelbaum has been a director on a number of healthcare-related for profit and not-for-profit boards, and was appointed by President Clinton and confirmed by the U.S. Senate to serve on the Board of Directors of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.
Mr. Sigelbaum, an attorney, has been a member of the New York bar since 1963. He has served as adjunct associate professor on the faculty of The College of Insurance, New York. He is a graduate of the University of Miami and Brooklyn Law School.
Mr. Sigelbaum and his wife, Barbara, live in Manhattan. They have four children and (by last count) eight grandchildren.
Anthony F. Alibrio, Sr. spent 37 years in the service industry, predominantly within the U.S. Health Care field. He retired as a corporate officer of Marriott International and as President of its Health Care Group, which subsequently became Sodexho Marriott, Inc. At the time of his retirement he led a division that had managed sales in excess of $3.2 billion and provided on-site department management and support services to the food and nutrition departments, environmental services, engineering departments and varied other management services for over 1,000 U.S. Hospitals and long term care institutions. Under his leadership the division employed 6,000 managers who supervised a workforce of 75,000 employees. During his long and distinguished career at Marriott International he was also a Board member of Marriott’s LTD & Taylor Plan Services in England as well as Marriott Italia, a joint venture in Italy.
Among his current affiliations, Mr. Alibrio serves as a Board member of Precyse, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA., serves as a member of The Health Insights Foundation, is a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Administrators and a senior advisor to Management Health Solutions based in Fairfield, CT.
Past affiliations include being a Board member of American Health Products Corp, Itasca, Il, Advisory Board member of Strategic Food Capital Partners, New York, N.Y., Board member and then Chairman of the Health Insights Foundation, Board member and 1999 Chairman of the National Committee for Quality Health Care, 2009-2010 Business development Consultant to The World Product Center, New York, N.Y. and a member of the Executive Advisory Council of the Beryl Companies in Bedford, Texas.
Mr.Alibrio holds a Bachelor degree from Wesleyan University in Middletwon, CT. and is married and has four sons including twelve grandchildren and when not serving on various boards and committees enjoys golf, boating and motor – cycling.
